EquiSound is a medical center for horses. The new buildings are equipped with the most modern devices. EquiSound features digital diagnostic equipment, a fully equipped surgery room, spacious clean boxes, lunging and riding paddocks, … Discover our infrastructure.
Consultation rooms
EquiSound has multiple consultation rooms for clinical examinations, radiology, ultrasonography, UTC scans en endoscopy... and treatments.
Stables
The stables and boxes at EquiSound are spacious (4 x 4.5m), well-ventilated and safe. We also have isolation boxes if a horse has to be separated from other horses for medical reasons.
Surgery room and recovery box
At EquiSound we have a modern equipped surgery room for performing all surgical procedures such as arthroscopies, tenoscopies, closure of umbilical hernias, … At least as important is our anesthesia and monitoring system. Your horse is sleeping safely… And stands up safely during the assisted recovery.
Pistes
Horses with orthopaedical issues are always lunged on three different surfaces: soft, grind and hard ground. In the arena with floating system horses can also be ridden when indicated.
MRI-zaal
EquiSound beschikt over het eerste MRI toestel in de Benelux dat het paard kan scannen van ondervoet tot de achterknie, inclusief het hoofd en de nek. De Rotating Vet MR Grande XL is de eerste MRI scanner ter wereld die een paard zowel rechtstaand als liggend kan onderzoeken. Daarnaast is dit toestel uitermate geschikt voor neurologisch en orthopedisch onderzoek bij kleine huisdieren.
